'The only bike you will ever need!!!!!'
Strengths:
Climbs as well as it descends. Absolute bottomless feel to travel. Sticks like glue, amazing traction and cornering. Very flickable and excellant in the air.
Weaknesses:
Pricey, but well worth it!
Makes it to easy sometimes?
Overall:
This is by far the best bike i've ever owned or ridden in 16yrs of mtb'ing, just ridden 40+ miles in some of the rockiest bridleways in the lakes and dales in the last week and this bike was totally unfazed, pick any line you want and go for it.You will not be dissapointed!

'A GREAT BIKE FOR REAL MOUNTAINS'
Strengths:
Descends like the best down hiller. Climbs very well indeed. Very very fast on single track and you can pop wheelies easily.
Weaknesses:
Its not for cross country - its too heavy.
How often do you really need 6 inches of travel?
£1550 for the frame is a lot of money. How do Santa Cruz justify the price rise for the UK? $1550 vs £1550. At 1.8$ to the £1 thats outrageous.
Overall:
Far and away the best all mountain bike out there. However if you live your life in woods and trails with no mountain to be seen its OTT.

'FUN FUN FUN'
Strengths:
FUN, Confidence Inspiring, FUN, Great Handling, FUN, Goes DH so well but can still climb, Not too heavy...
Gets lots of attention
Weaknesses:
Not that light,
Can catch pedals easily but trade off is great handling so...
Bit expensive but its cheaper than an Intense 6.6 (and better)
If you don't like attention don't get this bike !
Overall:
So much fun - yes it swallows bumps easily and it rockets down hills but unlike some 6" bikes you still get feedback from the trail - the handling is amazing and its just so confidence inspiring, even I can do wheelies on this !

I haven't had as much fun on any other full susser, it rides like it looks - swoopy !

It is expensive but I built mine up with great kit for £2500 by getting things off the Internet and not going mad ! saying that its got 06 Z1 Lights, King Headset, Avid 5's, Thomson Stem and post, Hope Pro II's etc.

Quite simply the best bike I've ever had

'TOUGH, FAST & FEARLESS'
Strengths:
Can do it all. Possible to build 29 lb bike. Confidence inspiring.
Weaknesses:
Price, cable guides aren't great. Black ano finish seems to scratch & rub easily. Bike gets dented because you start thinking you are Steve Peat, go too fast, then remembering you are not Steve Peat crash in a bloody heap!
Overall:
I love this bike - Although its not perfect. You can do lots of fast, steep crazy stuff. It is great for Afan, Ae, Interleithen and Morzine. If you dont ride stuff like that than get a Blur or Intense 5.5. I rode my old SC Superlight last week and it feels like a light weight precision scalpel compared to the relatively chainsaw feel of Nomad.

Another option is to get a Spec Enduro pro which has an equally great ride and will cost a lot less ££.
