Strengths: Well it's cheap. It's OK as a light lube in summer.
Weaknesses: As a water dispersant it doesn't seem to work - chain winds up rusty if you clean/degrease, spray with this and leave it. Whereas WD40 stops the rust.
Overall: I much prefer to use WD40 as a water dispersant and then a proper lube like Gozon/Makt or Finish Line.
Weaknesses: Nasty to inhale! ...which you can't help doing somewhat when working on your bike! - there's something that catches in the throat & lungs (unlike WD40).
Overall: Seems very similar to WD40 with added PTFE or teflon (depending on version). Apart from these additives, I think WD40 is better. Anyway, neither should not be used where *substantial* lubrication is required.
Strengths: Good car parts cleaner fluid but certainly not bike parts!
Weaknesses: De-greases everything that shouldn't be de-greased. Pointless teflon coating if sprayed on bike.
Overall: Why on earth do people suggest using this stuff on bike parts which quite clearly need to be lubed. It will break down oil or wax on your chain, it will destroy grease in bottom brackets and cranks and will almost certainly give you disc brake and front shock problems if it gets anywhere near them. Don't bother. Use real oil for your chain, real grease for your BB and real teflon oil for your shocks.
Weaknesses: Comes off if theres any ,mention of water. If used to lubricate a chain has to be done very often.
Overall: Usefull for cleaning, protecting after washing etc. I find 3 in 1 a very good chin lube, crap sticks to it but it makes the ride soooo smooth.
