Strengths: Real easy shifting but up and down the rings. Breaking is progressive, very nice.
Weaknesses: Just like me they look a bit chunky.
Overall: I wasn't sure I would like these and thought that it might be the case that when I'm breaking I might accidently change gear but so far this has not happened, even on a very rocky/bumpy down hill in the Lakes. Changing gears is spot on, just have to touch the lever up, chain moves up the rings, down the chain moves down, push the lever all the way up and the chain moves up 3 notches.
