Description: In Mongolia visitors remain an unusual sight. Free-ranging nomads still wander the grasslands, setting up their white gers where the pasture is lush. From open steppe we head into the mountains, rivers and larch forests in Arhangai province. Wilderness camp sites add an adventurous edge to this exciting trip, and we end our riding at Genghis Khan's ancient capital – Karakorum.
