Description: Over 6,000km long, it took more than 2,000 years to build the Great Wall in China. Our route takes us from Chengde, the former summer residence of Qing emperors, past different sections of the Wall. Some stretches we can explore on foot, along with tombs from the Qing and Ming dynasties. The different aspects of Chinese life that we see during the trip highlight the appeal of this fascinating country.
