Description: New for 05, the Neostream is neoprene version of the Stream overshoe. designed to be close fitting and comfortable. 3 layer stretch neoprene. Reinforced toe section with internal taping. Road shoe plate and heel cut out. Wide Velcro closure. Reflective trim and piping to the rear.
