LANCE ARMSTRONG, BUT FUNNIER?

Houmor, which is a good trait for a travel writer.
Trying to find a shop that sold it!
I think I got it from BOL in the end.
I didn't enjoy 'frost on my moustache'
half as much-come to think of it I didn't finish it!
Anybody who has 'done' any touring, or has cycled, will feel for Tim and laugh at/with him.
If you've read Tony Hawkes or Pete McCarthy, you'll love Tim Moore!!

MR. AVERAGE TAKES ON TOUR ROUTE.

Tim Moore is no superman so it makes this an inspiring read, he writes in an informative and humorous way.
Not long enough!
If you have any association with bikes you will enjoy this book. In parts it is seriously funny.

Just about makes up for C4 dropping the tour!

Funny, informative, human - the sort of book you don't want to come to the end of. Sort of like watching Le Tour, only with jokes!
The book has none, but it does recognise those we all suffer from - including 'soiling the Savlon'.
Anyone who has ever got on a bike to do something vaguely epic, will feel their story has been told in this book - especially the bits they cheated on! Even funnier than his earlier books and much more interesting because it is about cycling.
